We have worked with GT Associates for more than 15 years to support our efforts to keep our shopping centers looking good.  They perform the annual maintenance activities such as striping, asphalt repair and power washing in a first class and responsive manner.  Additionally, I have learned through our relationship that I can contact GT Associates about almost any project that needs to be completed and their either can execute it or point us in the right direction.  They also are very responsive to investigate anything that is reported to us by our tenants and its customers.

Our parking lot received "new life" when GT Associates sealed it recently. The stripes not only added structure, but they aesthetically enhanced our little parking lot, thus improving our overall outside appearance.

Another thing that really blew me away was the awesome job GT Associates did on our side deck and stairs. Before your team worked its magic, our deck was gruesomely stained and discolored. It looked really bad. But now that it's "revived" it looks like a new deck. My original plans were to pain the deck after having you pressure wash it... now it looks so good I think it would almost be "sinful" to cover it up with paint. I think we are going to just add a preservative and just enjoy it as it is.
